Thank you for your interest in submitting an abstract to the ANZATSA Conference 2009
Please read the guidelines below carefully as all abstracts must be submitted following these guidelines by Friday 12 December 2008.

| All submissions for the prevention, treatment, assessment and management of sexual abuse are welcome. Abstracts about the following topics will be oparticularly relevant to the Conference themes: |

Assessment of Risk/ Dangerousness |

Family interventions |

Staff training and support |
| |

Reporting therapeutic outcomes |

Presentation Types
Time for discussion and questions should be structureds within the following time frames: |

 |
Workshop or Long presentation – 90 Minutes |
 |
Short Presentation – 30 Minutes |
 |
Symposium – 90 Minutes – Groups of presenters may wish to arrange a series of presentations, demonstrations or discussions around a theme |
 |
Half Day Workshop – Presenters may conduct training or problem solving workshops on clearly outlined issues |

By submitting an abstract all authors agree to release the license to the Australian and New Zealand Association for the Treatment of Sexual Abuse (ANZATSA) and give permission to them to publish the abstract in the conference handbook/CD Rom, SAANZ Journal and on the website, and in so doing certify that the abstract is the original work of the authors. |

Guidelines |
| |
|
|
|
 |
All abstracts must be prepared in Arial 12 point type only |
| |
|
|
|
 |
Title should appear in BOLD CAPITALS at the top of the abstract |
| |
|
|
|
 |
Single spacing should be used |
| |
|
|
|
 |
Maximum length is 200 words for the body of the abstract (excess words may not be printed) |
| |
|
|
|
 |
Workshop submission must include an outline of the workshop issue in 200 words and details of objectives or expected outcomes. This can be emailed to the secretariat after loading the abstract |

 |

Surname of author(s) to appear first, followed by initials of first and middle names (do not use full stops or commas between the surname and first names or between initials, e.g. Smith JM, Brown K) |
